Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges after the initial 30-day period. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of accidental renewal (within 48 hours of the charge) or documented technical issues preventing access to the platform.
If you purchased an annual plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months on a case-by-case basis.
Our free tier is provided at no cost. There are no charges associated with the free plan, so no refunds apply.
To request a refund, email us at support@wswaz.io with your registered email address and the date of your purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We are always happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
